Return and Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.  Most items are refundable within 30 days of purchase (original receipt must accompany your returned items); however, the following restrictions apply:

1. Shipping and handling charges are not covered; however, in the event that we made an error in processing your order, or if the product is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund your purchase along with the shipping charges.

2. Products being returned for a refund must be received in their original purchase condition and in their original packaging. 

3. Final sale or clearance items are non-refundable. 

All items being returned will be inspected by Smartway prior to a refund being issued. Please note that missing items or parts could delay the processing of your refund. All refunds will be processed back to the credit card used to make the purchase.
